The only notable differences we found were in the pricing structures (where ORKIN provides a completely customized price for each customer, TERMINIX offers base-level pricing and add-ons) and the fact that Terminix offers a free initial inspection. Both companies offer treatment and prevention plans, and pest control professionals will come for one-time service or more frequently like monthly or quarterly.
